Agreement
OnPage Agent (onpageagent.com) is a service operated by HYPER TRELLIS S.R.L., registered at B-dul Iuliu Maniu, Nr. 57, Bl. OD16, Sc. E, Et. 2, Ap. 188, Sector 6, 061079 Bucharest, Romania, trade register number J40/19467/2023 (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms, our payment terms, free trial terms and refund policy. If you use OnPage Agent for a company, you confirm you can agree for it.
The service
OnPage Agent audits websites you are authorised to manage and, through its WordPress plugin, applies the changes your settings and approvals allow. Search rankings depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee results.
Your responsibilities
Only add sites you own or manage. Keep your login and connection keys private. Review content before it is published when your automation settings require it, and keep your own backups.
Changes to your site
Every change is logged with what it replaced and can be rolled back from the change log while the plugin is installed. You can pause the agent in WordPress at any time.
Content
Content the agent writes for you is yours to use. You are responsible for content published on your site, including content you approved or allowed to publish automatically.
Orders and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
Plans, trials and payment
Plans, prices and limits are shown on the pricing page. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial described in the free trial terms. Paid plans are billed as set out in the payment terms, and refunds follow our refund policy.
Acceptable use
Don’t use OnPage Agent to crawl sites you are not authorised to, to publish unlawful or misleading content, or to disrupt the service.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and disputes go to the competent courts of Bucharest. This doesn’t take away any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim there.
