Who we are
OnPage Agent (onpageagent.com) is a service operated by HYPER TRELLIS S.R.L., registered at B-dul Iuliu Maniu, Nr. 57, Bl. OD16, Sc. What we collect
Your account details (name, email address and a hashed password); the websites you add and the public pages we crawl on them; the keywords, settings and approvals you give us; billing details, which are collected and processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record (we never see or store your card details); and, if you connect Google, read-only Search Console data (queries, pages, clicks, impressions and positions) and Google Analytics data (organic sessions and key events per landing page).
How we use it
To audit your site, prepare and publish the changes you allow, write content you ask for, bill you, send the emails you have switched on, and keep your account secure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Legal bases
We process your data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations such as tax records, and for our legitimate interest in running and securing the service.
AI processing
Page text, your brand voice and keyword lists are sent to our AI model provider to write titles, descriptions, briefs and drafts. They are used only to produce your output.
Google data
If you connect Google, we ask for read-only access to Search Console and Google Analytics. We use it only to show your search performance, organic visits and key events inside OnPage Agent and to prioritise work on your site. You can disconnect at any time, which revokes our access. Our use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Your WordPress site
The plugin stores a connection key and a log of the changes it made, so they can be rolled back. It does not collect your visitors’ personal data.
Payments
Paddle.com sells OnPage Agent subscriptions as our Merchant of Record and processes your payment and billing information as an independent controller, under Paddle’s privacy policy. Paddle shares with us what we need to run your account, such as your plan, subscription status and country.
Service providers
We use hosting, email delivery and AI providers to run the service. They process data only on our instructions. Some may process data outside your country, under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is open. When you close your account or delete a site, we delete its data within 30 days, apart from billing records we must keep by law.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for it in a portable format. Changes
