How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of the plan you choose, with every feature in it. See the free trial terms.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You only add payment details when you choose a plan, and you’re never charged automatically when the trial ends.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan to keep the agent working. If you don’t, it stops making new changes. Everything it already changed stays on your site, and your account is kept so you can pick up where you left off.
Payments
How am I billed?
Monthly, in advance, in US dollars. Orders are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, so the charge on your statement comes from Paddle. You can pay by card, PayPal and other methods available in your country. Your plan renews each month until you cancel. Full details are in the payment terms.
Do prices include VAT or sales tax?
No. Paddle works out any VAT or sales tax due where you are and adds it at checkout, and it’s shown on your invoice. Businesses can enter a VAT or tax ID at checkout.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. Paddle emails a receipt and invoice after every payment, and you can download all invoices from Settings → Billing.
What if a payment fails?
Paddle retries the payment over the following days and emails you each time. If it still fails, the agent pauses until the payment goes through. Nothing on your site is undone.
Plans and changes
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time in Settings → Billing. Upgrades are charged pro rata for the rest of the month; downgrades credit the difference to your next invoice. New limits apply straight away.
What counts as a new page?
Articles and programmatic pages the agent publishes. Fixes to existing pages, links, schema and technical changes don’t count and are unlimited.
Do you have plans for more than 10 sites?
Yes. Email hello@onpageagent.com with how many sites you look after and we’ll put a plan together.
Cancelling and refunds
How do I cancel?
In Settings → Billing, at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and isn’t renewed.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, on your first payment: email us within 14 days of it and we’ll refund it in full, no questions asked. After that, partial months aren’t refunded. See the refund policy.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
The agent stops working on it. Every change it already made stays in place, and you can still roll changes back from WordPress while the plugin is installed.
